So you are looking for some information on Pick Your Plum.  Here is the stuff you need to get started.

  • Customer Service hours are Monday-Friday 7am-3pm (M.S.T.)
  • 30-Day Unconditional Guarantee: Yep, it's cool like that.  You can return any product for any reason within 30 days of receiving it. No questions asked (we will be curious though). You (the fan-tab-ulous) customer are responsible for the return shipping charge.  Returns made after 30 days will not be accepted. Package Products along with all tags, and your order number, and send to: Pick Your Plum (Attn: Returns) 3275 N 750 E #4 Layton, UT 84041. Your card will be credited upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
  • Just in case you are wondering...it can take  8-10 business days before your order is shipped, or ready for pick up.  Personalized items (i.e. stamps, ribbon, cutting boards) take up to 4 weeks for shipping.  We will also note that in the fine print on the orders. The shipping/pick up date will be posted in the fine print section of each day's post.
  • We do, on occasion, sell under back order. Please check the scheduled shipping dates at the bottom of each day's post! We don't want the later shipping date to be a surprise for you.
  • We use USPS and Fed Ex to ship the goods to you and offer one flat shipping rate on the product for the day.  Nice.
  • We offer local pick-up for those who want to drive and see us! Our Customer Service Department will send out an email to let you know when your orders are ready to be picked up.  Make sure to bring a printed copy of your invoice! Warehouse hours are M-F 9am-5pm.
  • When your order has been shipped, the status will change to "Completed." Tracking information will be listed. We are currently not linked directly to the USPS or FedEx sites. You will need to cut and paste the tracking number into the correct carrier's site to watch its progress. 
  • We are unable to adjust orders once they have been placed. Please double and triple check before submitting your order. Multiple orders may be placed, but shipping will not be combined on multiple orders
