Directions for Use: Cut around the tattoo you want to use. Remove the plastic cover and place the tattoo face down where you want it to be. Hold a damp washcloth firmly over the tattoo for 10-30 seconds, remove the washcloth and gently remove the paper covering. If tattoo is still attached to paper, reapply washcloth for a few more seconds and check again.
To Remove: Use rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball or makeup remover pad. Wipe gently.
