You can use an 18-inch pillow insert but we recommend a 20-inch insert to make your pillow poofy and cozy. Unfortunately, pillow inserts are not included. But good news, you can cover your tired old throw pillows you already have. Give your rooms a quick and easy refresh with new pillow covers. Here's the best part, because they are dye sublimated, they are completely machine washable. Just toss them in the washer on a normal cold cycle and dry in the dryer on medium heat.
